I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
We aim to process all orders within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Haven’t received a tracking number after 7 days? Email us at info@maisonamélie.com.
What’s the fastest way to get a refund?
Contact our customer service directly via email or WhatsApp, rather than opening a dispute via PayPal, Apple Pay, your bank, or credit card company.
This helps us process your refund faster and more smoothly.
I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it.
After that time, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return the item once it arrives.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us within 24 hours by replying to your order confirmation or emailing info@maisonamélie.com.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to change the address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.
